Really great food, service, & atmosphere! My bf and I came at 8pm on a Sunday, no wait & food came out quickly. we got edamame, salmon carpaccio, chicken karrage donburi, and steak picanha. Amazing seasoning on steak! Donburi chicken sauces were so good. Highly recommend. We will be back! Thank you :)

Ambiance (5/5): We came to dine on a weekday around 8:30p and there was plenty of seating. The dΓ©cor was super cool with the room surround in Japanese street theme very on par to pubs in Japan. The posters to the trinkets, neon lights, ceiling dΓ©cor were all very immersive. Service (5/5): The waitress was very polite and serviced us with courteousness. Wagyu skewers ($17) (2/5): For the price point, was expecting a little more to the beef cuts both in size and taste. The small bites were not very tender and lacked flavor. Bacon and quail eggs (5/5): Super unique and delicious. We were glad to try this! Shoyu ramen (1/5): The most plain and tasteless ramen that Iβve ever had. The toppings were plentiful and the charsiu pork cuts were decent. Half egg is served hard boiled. After drowning it in S & B Foods Ichimi Togarashi (chili flakes), it still did not help it. Beef Curry Udon (5/5): This was very creamy and flavorful. The beef pieces were very tender. This dish was fabulous. Their menu is huge and I think that I need to come back to try more of their menu.

I love Izakaya Noname and we come quite often. This time, I decide to switch it up and got the Beef Brioche and the Homemade Sparkling Strawberry (drink). We also got some refreshing udon. The Beef Brioche was incredible; the fluffy buns contrasted with the savory meat and fillings. We also got the Grilled Corn, which we always get. Itβs very crispy and pairs well with the toppings. Overall, love the place and definitely recommend.

Ok it's funny they're called "noname" cause it's for sure the hidden jewel in the neighborhoodβthey've been evolving as well. The indoor decoration is very Japan-inspired. The food can be a bit on the salty side, so if you accompany it with some drinks it'll be nice. I love their bentos; they feature a variety of ingredients all treated with care. The soup base for their Gyunabe hot pot has a nice balanced flavor that makes all food taste better. Definitely try it! It's worth it. I'd probably go there to exhaust their menu options. :D
